Fundraising

All the money raised by our fundraising activities goes towards our services and activities in the community. Any overheads are born by the Members themselves through membership fees. Funds come from the Donkey Derbies, Swimathons, Half- marathons, stalls at Fetes, Charity Auctions, Easter raffles and Christmas Collections. See our events page for future fundraising activities. How about joining our 200 Club

For only 25p per week or £13 per year you have the chance to win one of six cash prizes each month which are one at £30, and five at £20 - and each year you could win the Star prize of £200 plus additional bonus prizes if membership increases. Last year over £1700 was won by friends and members of the Lions Club. Prizes are drawn every month at our meeting. We pay out 55% of membership fees in prizes and the remainder goes to the NPS Lions Charity Fund. This year, £1350 was given to the fund.
