MINIBUS

NPS Lions has two minibuses, one based in Peacehaven and the other in Seaford. They are used by a large number of local community organisations. Both vehicles are especially adapted with tail lifts for wheelchair users .

They are available on loan to community groups in and Seaford, Peacehaven, Newhaven and Telscombe Cliffs. If you would like to use one of our vehicles please contact the minibus co-ordinator on 07847 464547 .

We expect community users to provide their own drivers. New drivers have to hold the appropriate DVLA Licence permitting minibus driving. Drivers must be over 25 and under 70 and have Group D1 on their licence or hold a PSV licence. One of buses has a manual gearbox and therefore drivers must be licenced accordingly.

You will need to produce the licence and provide a photocopy when you first use our buses. You will also need to undertake a short induction on the use of the tail lifts etc. Telephone 07847 464547 to arrange.
